The itinerary for the fibromyalgia pub crawl on Saturday is now available here on juliann's journal. We're starting near Westminster at 5:30pm and will then walk along the river with a few diversions and additional pub stops. The total length of the walk will be around 5km (about 3 miles) and the pace will be very leisurely. Please do come and join us if you're free and fancy a nice wander and some beer. Juliann will be accepting donations for a fibro charity but there won't be any nagging.

Do you mind if I pass this on to cathos? She has Fibromyalgia, and might be interested (though pus are not her thing).

For donations, is there any better way of doing so such that Gift Aid can be claimed?

Alas, no, it's a US-based charity so is hooked into the US tax scheme but not the UK :( The research they do benefits us all which is why I thought it fitting to raise funds for them.
