ONLY choice Monster Munch: the ones that secretly have stuff in that TURNS YOUR TONGUE BLUE! Even though the crisps are just crisp-colour! Magic! Do they still do those?

What?! I've never encountered these!

It's your overprivileged private-school education that gave you access to these secret wonderful Monster Munch, ISN'T IT?

When I was at school there was only one kind of Monster Munch, the sort poor people ate the ones that tasted of onions and were sort of disintegratey on your tongue. I only discovered the blue-tongue ones as an adult ironist.

I really hate Monster Munch. I have hated Monster Munch since before primary school. The smell takes me back to Mrs. Cumming's class at Eastern Primary on "wet break" days. Not nice.

I've only seen Pickled Onion in the shops - I assumed that other, nicer, flavours must either be discontinued or figments of my imagination. I clearly should look harder!

Wouldn't that end me up with lots of surplus pickled onion? It's a ploy, isn't it? A ploy! I can tell, you know!

A side-effect of this poll is that I can check where everyone lives and then set up a Monster Munch unwanted flavour exchange.

(Bob is forbidden from eating the roast beef ones. doop is too middle-class to eat things like Monster Munch.)

Whoa. They turn your tongue blue now?

This makes up in some slight way for them making the individual Monster-Munches TINY and also reducing the size of the packet. But I still haven't entirely forgiven them.

I once acquired* a packet of vanilla flavour MM, which was odd. Didn't eat them, though, so I don't know if they're nice.

* Can't remember how, but they were either a freebie or an auction donation, and were later auctioned off.

I decided flaming hot were better than roast beef on the basis that Mike thinks so. Personally *anything* other than pickled onion is the monster munch of last resort.

Monster Munch eh? It was Space Raiders all the way when I were a lad. Manufactured by KP instead of Walkers, and available in suspiciously similar flavours... 10p a packet too. All the way from when I was first old enough to have 10p pocket money until about last year when inflation finally got the better of them.

I had pickled onion monster munch last year or so, after thinking "hmm, I haven't had them since I was significantly shorter".

And then I understood why: they are vile abominations against all that is delicious. I cannot understand how I ate so many years ago. The others all sound really nice, though!
