And they put it on the interweb.

(Yes, work safe. Bit geeky.)

Edited to add: I did write the article with gender-neutral pronouns; but someone on their end changed them all to female.

I think it's possibly a side effect of cam.misc still being alive. It's wiki isn't anything like as comprehensive a guide to that sort of thing, but has other stuff as well, and people are always asking for recommendations for stuff. There seem to have been lots of pub and curry guides in the past all running separately, it would be nice to have them gathered together.

Ah, I didn't know about the cam.misc wiki! Found it via Google and had a look.

scat0324 points out below that http://cambridge.openguides.org/ does actually exist, though it doesn't seem to be very active. Might be worth pointing its existence out to cam.misc people and/or talking to the cam.misc wiki admin and seeing if they'd be amenable to having the two sites work together? I reckon they'd complement each other rather well.

I've brought it up on cam.misc, which might get it a bit more traffic.

*grin* I've even added the other two cinemas in Cambridge to it myself. I can see this could easily become an obsession, which is why I picked the smallest available category to fix :-)
